Our All Inclusive Prices and Your Payment Options

When you buy from Baby PC in Australia, the price you see on the product page is the price you pay! There are no surprises at the checkout, regardless of the method of payment or your Australian delivery address, because every price includes Free Express Delivery Australia Wide, and there are NO Surcharges when you pay by Credit Card at our website or through PayPal.

If you prefer to order and pay using your credit card over the phone, you are welcome to call us on 03 9024 3219 during normal business hours.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer FREE Express Delivery Australia Wide on all our products. This way you'll know upfront exactly how much you'll pay. Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours (unless otherwise indicated on the product page) after we received your order if paying by Credit Card, or after we received your cleared payment in our Bank or PayPal account. Your items will be delivered almost anywhere in Australia within 2 days after shipment (except some regional or remote areas, and excluding weekends and public holidays). If for some reason we are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 24 hours.

If you order from outside Australia, exact shipping costs and the best estimated delivery times will be calculated based on your delivery address during the checkout. You will have the option to choose between Air and Sea freight if you order from overseas.

We normally send your products by Australia Post, but we may choose to send them by courier under special circumstances by prior arrangement.

Cleared Funds

If paying by PayPal, personal cheque, or bank deposit, your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your funds are cleared in our Bank or PayPal account.

Security

All Online Store Checkout pages of this website are secured by a minimum 128-bit or, if your browser is capable, a 256-bit High-grade Encryption to keep your personal details totally secure, and we will never share your contact details with anyone.

Currency

All prices expressed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Tax Invoices and GST

All orders receive a tax invoice showing the GST amount on the invoice. All prices shown on this website include GST. GST will be listed separately at the time of checkout, and also on your tax invoice.

International Customers

If you are an overseas customer and you place an order that is to be delivered outside Australia, our Checkout system will adjust your order total to remove the Australian GST component from the product prices. GST will still be included in the Shipping Costs and any other charges as required by Australian Law.

Local Pickup

Orders can be picked up from our office at 58 Sheldon Drive, Berwick VIC, strictly by confirmed appointment only! Please contact us first if you would like to arrange pickup, so that we can have your products ready from our warehouse and prepare all the paperwork on time. Please note that we otherwise do not keep stock or cash at our office.

Warranty

All products are covered by a one year manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise indicated in the list of Specifications on the individual product page. In the unlikely event that your product is "dead on arrival", please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. If you have started using the product and you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer using the warranty details supplied with your product.

Refund Policy

Should you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee, subject to the goods being returned to us in the original packaging, and in a saleable condition. A 10% restocking and administration fee will apply.
